Abstract

This research paper aims to clarify and clarify the legal framework of the Algerian Agency for Investment Promotion as the only legal body authorized to grant industrial or economic real estate directed to investment in accordance with the organs established by the legislator at the national and local levels, which is a new chapter in the liberalization of investment from the corridors of the administration and its bureaucracy that led to the flight of investors and their reluctance to invest in Algeria, or hindered the existing investments that their owners initiated to embody their investments on the ground, through extrapolation and analysis of texts and the provisions of Law 22/18 and law 23/17.
